Program Overview

What is it about:

Program on self-observation and self-remembrance.
A program of self-study where one studies one’s own emotional structure and corrects one’s own emotions by techniques given by Patanjali yoga sutras.

Who can attend:

8 months of regular practice of Refining Techniques and 1-hour IRB achieved.

How we do it:

Part 1 – Scientific study of individuals emotional structure and Habit Mechanism observation - 3 months
Part 2 – Correction of emotions – 3 years.
Practice 20 minutes every day at home.
