It is a Sadhana Program.
Objective of the program is to empower the Teertha Kshetras of Bharat Varsha.
We clean the place, we donate to the place,
and we do our practices at the place.
Dear Self,
The divinity, God is everywhere, taking care of everyone. You are having a joyous expedition and exploration. Teertha
yatra is to experience your nothingness, your wholeness. During the yatra you will have constant experience of this
divinity within you. I would suggest you certain rules which will always put you into state of ecstasy, if you
understand these rules are created by you and followed because you want to follow them.
To experience divinity is to be in constant self-referral mode, i.e., while observing any object, be connected to
yourself and observe. Self-referral is to improve oneself by being guided by the self within, not ego. Being in silence,
i.e., initially not talking unnecessary things, having irrelevant thoughts, not giving importance to individual
emotions, not judging others’ actions will definitely put you into state of silence. Being in self-referral, i.e., being
in subjective referral is to be in silence. Do not carry any money, jewels or anything. The moment you give up the money
until you complete the journey you will experience a great change in your being you can observe you will experience
carefreeness and a new found joy within you.
Do not care for your bodily requirements. Give it up what you want and just eat what is available. Everything will be
provided to you by god whenever you require. Do not store any food for next lunch or next dinner. Be totally empty
handed. Mobile phones are the best instruments to disturb your emotional plane and put you into always a mode of
untruth, give up your mobile phone. Do not worry about your mobile phone. Do not worry about your relatives, friends,
parents and children for this duration. You will see they will be taken care better. Trust the self, God. Create
miracles. Do not expect any miracles. Your self-absorption will create miracles. Be always in touch with your self.
Know, silence is more powerful than words.
Follow all the rules of nature. You have created a wonderful opportunity for yourself to experience and be with nature.
To be in nature, never listen to your mind. Mind always seeks comfort; mind always seeks enjoyment. Seeking comes from
poverty consciousness. Any seeker is a beggar. A beggar can never be happy and he can never be contended. Atrupti is his
nature. Do not try to create any entertainment. Never try to entertain your mind. In any situation you can give your
opinion but do not force that your opinion has to be followed by the group. Give up your individual choice for the sake
of group. Go in a group, come in a group but be alone. You all can give your opinion but group leader always takes the
decision and let his decision be final. Suppose if the whole group wishes to be in one opinion yet go by group leader’s
decision. Truth is not counted, it is to be weighed. Never take the path of convenience for comfort. Even if there is
inconvenience and discomfort, hold on to the truth. Inconvenience, discomfort will put you into insecurity. Only in
insecurity and uncertainty you can experience yourself. Comfort brought by truth will give you bliss, Ananda. Comfort
brought by ego will give you excitement and enjoyment, ultimately misery. Being in truth is to not standing by
convenience and comfort.
Be always in giving. Be in dynamic exchange. Give the best bed to your companion. Give the best food to your companion.
Eat only when you ensure that everybody has eaten. Give whatever possible. When you are silent and when you ask yourself
what to give, you will know what is to be given. See to it that the other is always comfortable first. Give window seat
to your companion. When everybody around you is comfortable, you are naturally comfortable. While walking, while
talking, while eating, be in IRB. Be in tune with nature.
Always observe yourself, observe your actions, your emotions, your thoughts. Do not observe others. If somebody is
making mistake do not tell, the group leader is capable of putting them on track. Trust in leadership.
Know that you have come here for vyragya sadhana. Be in state of vyragya. Whenever you create a conflict with the group
leader or with the participant, do not try to resolve, do not react. Just be with the conflict. Observe your emotions,
your thoughts, your breathing, your body sensations. If you carefully watch, you will see conflict will get dissolved.
Be careful do not supress but be aware and observe. The conflict dissolves on its own accord. This is called sublimation
or lingaikya. Be always attuned. Be always in IRB without music. Let your heart be your musical instrument. In silence
you will hear your heart beat and it beats at 72 beats per minute. So you can have a wonderful IRB. Be blissful, be
contended, be wholesome. Narayana! Narayana! Narayana!
